Burger Sauce

One of my favourite moments in Johannesburg was when Pimane was offered some sauce in his Shwarma.

"What kind of sauce is it?"

"Shwarma sauce," came the authoritative reply.

"Well, I guess I'd better have some on there then!"

It was pleasingly nostalgic for me to find the above in a kebab shop in Windsor. Unfortunately I cannot report on the quality of the sauce because a charming young lady took the trouble of stealing my burger, throwing it on the ground and wiping what little sauce survived on her fingers onto my velvet jacket.

Windsor, eh? Nuttiest place in West Berks.
