I spent Sunday getting horribly sunburnt at Longleat, photographing the first UK Red Bull Air Race. It was pretty impressive, even if Capability Brown's landscaping isn't best suited to a low-level air show. I also discovered I've forgotten entirely how to focus, hold a long lens and shoot early so after exposing six whole rolls, I've only got four decent pics - and only three of those have scanned acceptably. How tedious.

Anyway, here is some pilot or other whipping between the oaks at about 120mph.
