Wandsworth council on fine form. I am in a way happy the old bin lives on and is still useful, being emptied and lined regularly along with its replacement. That said, part of me is horrified that The Brighter Borough can't be arsed to take away this mildly traumatising post-apocalyptic corpse. I mean, it's near a school!
