Hope things got sorted out mate. If not, now might be a good time to realise you had better get after it as it's now a year since you were on the brink of disaster.
Hopefully you didn't give up and go back home but if you did, I'm sure it was for the right reasons. Mostly, I just want your book to be published. Either one, doesn't really matter.
With any luck, that wasn't too depressing.
